Botanical Garden chennai

The old woodlands drive in hotel is now a history . The place originally belonging to the TamilNadu state Horticulture department took over it and started developing the place to make it a botanical garden . They have brought many exotic species of trees and plants all over the world to decorate this botanical garden . The Garden was thrown open to public recently , and it has been as Semmozhi Poonga . The fees for entering this park is Rs 5 and is open on all days . Im yet to visit this park . Will post the pictures once i visit the park
